I’ve been going for just over two weeks, five days a week, and I’m already seeing a huge difference. I couldn’t do a push-up or even really jump when I started, and now I’m doing box jumps and explosive push-ups. It’s definitely challenging, but so much fun. The trainers are awesome and super encouraging. I work in the same shopping center, so the location is super convenient for me. The trainers are amazing. I love that I can drop in and work out when it’s convenient for me. I went from skinny soft to hard 💪 all while having fun and making friends.
