I had the chance to try 9Rounds with a few friends from our fitness group, and let me just say—what an amazing workout! Each round kept me moving, challenged me in the best way, and left me feeling accomplished (and sweaty!). The trainers were motivating, the workout was fun, and I loved how quickly the time flew by. If you’re looking for a workout that pushes you, builds strength, and keeps you engaged from start to finish, I highly recommend giving 9Rounds a try. I’ve been going for just over two weeks, five days a week, and I’m already seeing a huge difference. I couldn’t do a push-up or even really jump when I started, and now I’m doing box jumps and explosive push-ups. It’s definitely challenging, but so much fun. The trainers are awesome and super encouraging. I work in the same shopping center, so the location is super convenient for me.
