It’s always fun to attend a different 9Round when I’m traveling and this 9round was amazing! I love that they offer off hours for their gym members to be able to still get a workout in when it’s convenient for them. I love doing pad work with a trainer and I prefer that, however on those days that work runs late etc it would be nice to have that option to still get a workout in. I like that if coming in on off hours and even with the trainer, they have the computer screens showing you how to do the exercises and that there i... read more
