As someone who generally only enjoys weight lifting as their form of exercise, this is a fun way for me to get cardio in. The workouts fly by, and before I know it I’ve gotten in 30 minutes of mixed cardio. I love that the music is always blasting and the trainers keep us motivated!
Such a fun way to get your workout in! The vibe is always upbeat, and the trainers are so friendly! I love that no matter what time I get off work I can pop in and get my workout for the day in, and it’s only 30minutes!
Great gym, the coaches are welcoming and helpful.
