Today was my little intro day into the gym! The energy was incredible, very supportive and motivating. Even though I haven’t been in the gym for a while and was definitely a little out of speed, the atmosphere made me want to keep pushing. Coach Sergeant was AMAZING; super personable and you can tell he genuinely cares about his members and their overall health. I left feeling proud, encouraged, and excited to come back!
Love this gym! It’s private, clean, and open 24 hours — which fits perfectly with my schedule. I don’t like working out feeling like everyone’s watching, and this gym gives me the privacy and comfort I need. Chris is an amazing coach — patient, motivating, and really knows his stuff!
