What a fun workout! Thanks to the owner Kelly and Matt the trainer for a great, positive workout!! Matt kept me going when I felt like I was losing steam. Positive energy, 30 minutes in and out, full body workout!
Gyms have always been intimidating to me and hour long workout classes just aren’t my thing. When I found 9Round and learned it’s only 30 min workouts and I could drop in without a scheduled appt, I had to check it out. While I didn’t know much about kickboxing, I was instantly comfortable with the trainer who showed me each exercise and cheered me on at each station.
