Really great concept for a gym. I've always had excellent experiences here with high-quality trainers. The model is perfect, with a 3-minute rotations. Fast progress if you go consistently. The reason for only 3 stars is the limited hours that the gym is actually open. They are closed on Sundays and most of the day on Saturdays. So if you have a very busy Mon-Fri and your main time to work out is on the weekends, good luck. I wish I had looked more carefully at their hours before signing up for a year-long contract. It's great untill you want to cancel. I tore my rotator cuff and bicep tendon, I'm on a month to month membership I've called 6 times. 4 from my number and 2 from my wife's number. Can't get anyone to pick up or call me back "voi email full". Cancel my credit card and now I owe over 100 on a month to month membership. Reply to email, call their membership number...VOICEMAIL.
