The trainers are all very kind and supportive. It's a good workout. My only complaint is that I wish they had better hours, but I understand why they probably have to keep the hours they do.

This place is awesome. The workouts are fun and motivating. The trainers are great and know just how hard to push. You should try it!

Love working out at 9 Round! Tim is the absolute best trainer but all of the trainers are friendly, know your name when you walk in, and will give you a good workout.

Love the workout, and the trainers, but there have been some recent things that are pretty meh (and frustrating). 1. For some reason, they took away the trainer led rounds. Those rounds were why I signed up and kept going. 2. The changing hours without changing the website are super frustrating. I showed up at 4 for a workout to have a paper sign on the door with the changed hours, which is now 4:30.

No complaints in regards to the training, great workout, everyone is friendly. But be sure to read the fine print when cancelling. You need to give them 30 days notice, and have to be very particular/specific about your wording when you want to cancel. Something that was not said in the spiel. Cancelling memberships is something that has been made easy thanks to technology, has turned into a nightmare trying to get canceled. Lots of money lost.
