I absolutely love 9R East Amherst! I love that it is 24 hrs and the trainers are all so amazing. I have a very hard time sticking to a workout routine between family and work obligations, so running in for a quick workout that actually gives results you can see is the best thing ever. Also- i have zero prior boxing experience, the trainers help you along and it’s a super supportive environment. I love it there!
I was looking for a personal trainer to work with my son, who has ASD and Down syndrome. Allie has been the perfect fit. Her gym is very motivating for my son. The big colorful screens that model each move appeal to his visual strengths. The music and countdowns are so fun for him. But more then that, is Allie. I recently joined 9 Rounds East Amherst last April and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The flexibility of being open around the clock is a game-changer, especially for those of us with busy schedules.
