Absolutely the best workout ever! 9Round is the best!!
Having to travel for work I wanted to keep up with my workout plan as best I could, so being a 9Round member at another gym I knew the perfect place to start was 9Round in Winston-Salem! The owners were amazing and allowed me to used their facility. The facility was clean and well maintained. The training staff did a great job explaining all the exercises and did a lot of mitt work with me as well which I thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you so much for letting me come in during my travels!
I was traveling for work and wanted to still get a workout in. This gym welcomed me like i was a regular member and pushed me through a great workout! If you want a good 30 min feel good burn .. this gym is the way to go!
Had my first free workout session today, haven’t been regularly exercising so this workout kicked my behind! It’s only 9 rounds of different exercises for 3 minutes each. Great cardio workout, the trainer Paul was very encouraging and patient with me. He noticed when I was struggling and modified the exercises or changed it up so I can get my workout done.
