This is not your typical gym. This place is an experience. You are greeted every time with excitement and encouragement. They are able to personalize moves based off your limitations. Instruction is top notch. Always helping you with form and consistency. You are encouraged the whole way through your workout. You truly can do anything you put your mind to. I highly recommend trying a 9round workout and see just how amazing it is. Your future self will thank you.
I’ve never felt so welcomed at a gym or a club as I do at 9Round!! The owners, trainers, and other members treat you like family! They push you and encourage at the same time! I’m proud to be a member!!
