My favorite gym great ownership and great workouts
The first time working out, I was a little unsure if it was a workout that I could truly enjoy and keep with. However, after getting the hang of the workouts and meeting everyone it is one of my top gym experiences! I love the full body workouts and how I am already feeling stronger. I have a bad knee and ankle on one side and the trainers have been so helpful and perceptive to making sure I am getting a good workout in without further injuries or poor technique! Would 100% recommend!
Very friendly, and a great circuit workout that's guided through each round. Kim and Ronica are very nice and very helpful adjusting to the gym. The only thing I really disliked was the "pay up front ambush" following the trial class . Paying hundreds upfront in my case was pre-mature. I would have preferred a month to month option to gauge whether its something I could stick with and in my case it was not which costed me a couple hundred bucks just for a few visits. I'm sure having people pay hundreds up front is a business... read more
