I think 9Round is healing my relationship with exercise. I never feel anymore like it’s something I “have” to do. It’s something I forward to doing! With no class times, the option to have trainer-led or self-guided workouts, and only 30-minutes for a total-body workout, the format is flexible, dynamic, and efficient—never something to dread. Also, the trainers are wonderful! They are encouraging in the best way, and they create a fun and happy environment.

Love 9 Rounds! It’s such a great workout that I can fit in around my schedule and every day is a new experience. The trainers are all very encouraging and helpful, plus I’ve learned techniques I would never have tried in a typical gym setting. Highly recommend for beginners all the way to experienced kickboxers!
