Great gym. The owner, Ray, is doing an amazing job. He is very motivating and kind to everyone including his trainer. Jersey is a very dedicated trainer and pushes you to go forward (always in a gentle manner). I have been to other gyms, but this 9Round gym has been the best thus far. If I could rate it with more than 5 stars, I would. Keep up the great work Ray and Jersey. Head on over to 9Round, 1131 Falls River Ave, Raleigh, NC. Ask for Ray and tell them that Fighter BP sent you. You won't regret it. I promise you.
Great workout every time! Ray and Jersey make sure form and technique are good and appropriate for all skill levels!
I highly recommend 9 rounds Raleigh! The trainers are so motivating and encouraging. You have access 24/7, which is what makes this work well for my schedule. Such a great, uplifting environment to get a great workout in!
I was hooked from day 1! I'm not a gym person at all, but I actually look forward to going to 9Round every time (and even look forward to the sore muscles when I leave). 100% worth it!
