Excellent workout, trainers, and people! Highly recommend!
9Round in North Raleigh is amazing! I love that I can come any time and a new 30 minute workout starts every 4 minutes! It fits my sporadic schedule and doesn’t force me to miss a workout day if I’m running behind. The exercises are an approachable or a challenging as you want to make them. I love this boxing gym! The personal trainer Ray is so great and really cares about his clients. This gym personalizes your experience to give you the best results. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get more in shape but still have a fun time!
I started about a month ago and absolutely love everything about this gym. From the dynamic of the workout, to the great trainers, theres nothing to not like about 9Round especially if youre a busy person! Im in and out in 30 mins and leave feeling more accomplished then I did spending an hour at a lifting gym! I also love the 24/7 access for members. Cant recommend this gym or location enough!
Great atmosphere and family vibes. Definitely seen improvements and I’ve only been there for a few weeks and looking forward to be part of the 9Round family long term. I recommend anybody looking for a boxing and kickboxing gym to join. Great for anybody that’s looking to improve no matter where you’re starting from.
