I've been working out at 9Round with Dakota for 4 months and it has changed my life. I feel stronger and more confident. Dakota is an excellent trainer. He is attentive to every person who comes in. He explains each exercise thoroughly then monitors to make sure we're doing it correctly. Dakota's skill, knowledge, high standards, patience, and kindness makes me look forward to every workout! I have been a 9Round member for over eight years and love to visit different clubs when I travel. This club on Hampton was fantastic! I was immediately greeted by trainer Amanda and introduced to trainer Todd. They did a great job of listening to my needs, going over each round with me and checking in throughout the workout. Do not sign up at this place. Scam artist. They scammed my finance out of $600 and told her she couldn’t come back. Disgusting establishment.
