John and the leadership team are phenomenal. My wife and I appreciate the guidance, and hand holding through the membership process. We have tried many gyms, but this is the only one where we have been consistent to work on our goals together. If you truly want results, not just a gym, this is the place.
I've been working out at 9Round with Dakota for 4 months and it has changed my life. I feel stronger and more confident. Dakota is an excellent trainer. He is attentive to every person who comes in.
