I took my frustrations out on the bag today! I feel better now!
I used to have anxiety before going to the gym before going to 9 round. The coaches are extremely motivating, positive, and teach me how much my body can actually do. The workouts are never boring, but always organized so I can just focus on the actual workout. Even after having a baby and an abdominal surgery, I was able to come back a few months later and the coaches help make alterations to certain workouts that were a little too difficult at the time while still giving me a challenge. This is an Outstanding gym, total body workout in 35 minutes. The Staff Sarah and Frank are fantastic!!!! Very professional, knowledgable and friendly.
Love the trainers. They are awesome. They will work with you when you have injuries and give you that extra push when you need it the most
Great workout, great trainers and love the convenience of no class times while being able to get in a 30 min serious workout!! Best decision ever joining 9 Round!
