I would highly recommend this 9Round location to anyone that wants to maintain their fitness as efficiently as possible! Only 30 minutes from start to finish, working every part of your body in HIIT fashion. Workouts vary each day (open 24/7), and you can always count on the trainers to push you to your limit with a smile on their faces.
I've had a great experience at the Dilworth 9round location. I've been going for several months now. The atmosphere is really laid back, and I like that the training is self-paced. All of the staff members I've met so far have been really friendly and helpful. Since I started working out here I've noticed a big change in how I look and feel. Grateful to 9round for making that possible.
Hands down one of the best workouts ever. Everyday is different, trainers are awesome, 24/7 access and it only takes 30 minutes. I'm thrilled with the results I've gotten. Come join the fun!
The results show quick! Grateful for George as he is kind, patient yet results driven. I seek to work out on the days he is the trainer!
The programming is interesting and Shannon is the best trainer I’ve worked with in 24 years of fitness. She strikes the perfect balance of encouraging the newbies like me and pushing the veterans to achieve goals. Shannon makes hard work fun!
