After being in the Army for 7 years and boxing training for years this by far is the most challenging and beneficial workout I've experienced and I've only done my introductory workout
9Round is the best gym you could ask for! I have been a member for about 4 years now, and it is an essential part of my lifestyle. I'm grateful for the challenging but fun workouts, lead by awesome trainers that truly keep you motivated. The community of trainers and members at this gym are welcoming, encouraging, fun and always entertaining! You will 100% of the time get a killer workout when you come here. 10/10 I definitely recommend!

Gotta be one of the best gyms in corpus. Ram is an awesome coach.
The momentum and energy doing this has given me has led me to lose 20 pounds in 3 months. I can't recommend it enough!
