No communication, no notices, no response. This branch is rarely ever open and doesnt reply to clients questions. They took my account off freeze after I asked about the protocols to cancel because of a knee injury that keeps getting injured. No notice, no email with a heads up that it would be unfrozen. I've looked everywhere online and through my email for the contract with no luck. Horrible customer service. Go somewhere else.
Great place for me to destress and focusing on self-care. The convenience of no class times made it easy for a busy working moms like me. My day is not complete without going to this gym. Ali, the owner and his team are awesome trainers. Everyone I met at the gym are friendly and no judgement.
Best place to workout! Facility is clean and staff is always so welcoming. The convenience of no class times with a trainer has made working out a much better experience for me!
