If I could give negative starts I would. I paid for a year and then the owner sold the gym and shut it down. And no one is take responsibility for refunding me the $800 I paid for a service that in not being rendered. VERY dishonest company I am very upset. I paid $800 for a year-long contract, and the owner sold the gym after only 3 months, and it has been shut down for months. There are no other 9-round gyms within 100 miles. ZERO STARS. I found this business via classpass. Signed up for the class, showed up and they were closed. I got in contact with the owner and she said she would take care of it. Clearly she doesn't care about running a sound business. As you can see from many reviews here, she is ignoring customers and continuing to take their money. Her business is still listed as active on Classpass and listed as open on Google. This should be fixed immediately. ZERO STARS
Dealing with 9rounds management has been one of the WORST experiences. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have tried for months to get into contact with the owner as I had cancelled my membership the 1st of the month, meaning I had 1 more payment that came out the 2nd. I was still charged for September despite me cancelling my membership. I have tried for months to get into contact with the owner as there was no trainer and to no avail.
