Highly recommended! This place does a great job tailoring the workout to your skill level. Trainers are enthusiastic, very attentive and they make beginners feel comfortable.
I joined the 9R Family in December 2022. I can't believe how much I love this place... Daniel and Staff always make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door and push you to keep going. If you have limited time 30 - 45 minutes in and out and are a beginner or advanced and want a workout that's intense... this is the place for you!
