First time and it was better than I expected. You don't do a lit of boxing or kick boxing just a good work with different equipment. You goto each station for 3 mins to work out. You do use boxing equipment but not for 30 mins. You do get to try it for free. I suggest to do so.
Cannot recommend this place highly enough! Awesome work outs, great people, great music. Easy to fit into a busy life.
