Three weeks ago the speed bag broke. Two weeks later it was fixed. That lasted one day. Great management.
I am a member at the 9Round in Barrington. I absolutely love it! I started going as a way to mix up my workout; I had gotten bored of the same old routine and it wasn't working for me anymore. I found 9Round and signed up on my first day because I could tell it was something I would enjoy and be able to stick with. Every single day is something different and pushes me in new ways, it's only been 2 months but I feel like I'm in a way better shape than I was when I started.
