This is an awesome gym. The owner Alan and his wife are very implicated in their gym and they make it a great place that you are looking forward to come each day. They make special workouts and events for their members to attend. It’s a very fun gym to go workout :)
This place rocks! Very good workout. It's a quick 30 minutes and the trainers push and keep you motivated and involved so you don't realize you are kicking A$$.
