Been going to this place for a year now. With my busy schedule this has become the perfect place to get in a sweaty workout within 45 min. Staff is super nice and the trainers that are there on evenings and Saturday mornings are awesome trainers/motivators!
Love working out here. No set class times. Walk in and jump into the rotation. New check in system is easy to use and they now offer non-trainer hours so you can come in when works best for your schedule.
This is a great gym and I miss the workouts here! The owners are really nice to work with and very knowledgable on fitness and health
Incredible place to train, great vibes and energy from trainers and participants!!
