Great place to work out. Each station changes daily so you don't get bored with the same routine. I went the same times each day so got to recognize the other people that worked out.
I really love this location. Leah, the owner, and all the trainers here are so accepting, encouraging, and help listen to what you need to have a great time. Leah and Whitley, thank you for always providing an inviting and encouraging space for an awesome time🥊 I highly encourage anyone to at least try it to experience feeling healthy at your own pace!
9Rounds is not just a gym to me, it is truly like a second family. The encouragement and support that you receive from the trainers and other members exceeds all my expectations! If you're looking for more than just treadmills and weights, if you want motivation, community and real growth, this is the place for you!
This is an AMAZING PLACE to go for no judgement and nothing less than complete positive encouragement! Not your same old boring gym! Punch out some stress! Love it!
Best gym in the area!!!Great cardio workout that hits every part of your body.. Open 24 hrs day so you can go in and workout when you want!!! Top notch trainers, and owner always there for you to help get the best out of you. Everyone should come by and give 9round at afton village a try., you won’t be disappointed.
