I signed a membership freeze form after dislocating my pinky at the gym and followed up to make sure the freeze was active. Despite that, I continued to be charged. I tried calling multiple times but couldn’t get anyone to answer, and I even went in person to try to get it resolved. After I changed my card, the account was eventually sent to collections. I’m giving 2 stars because I liked parts of the gym itself, but the way the freeze and billing were handled was extremely frustrating.

Ive been going here on and off for about 5 years. When im slacking and feeling down on my body I always come back of course because they always get me back into shape in no time. I love how they personalize and push you every workout.
