I can get in and out in 30 minutes. It is the perfect workout for a busy Mom like me! I also like that I see results in my whole body. The crew there is fabulous! Mark the owner couldn't do a better job! He motivates and pushes you! I have never been able to stick to a workout until 9Rounds. I love it...it has become a part of my lifestyle now.
9Round is a full body workout that only takes 30 minutes out of your day and provides wonderful results!
My absolute favorite place! I've recommend the specific location to as many people as possible! Mark is a great owner and he's set the tone for the rest of the trainers! Everyone here is just so great and it's the best place to go to workout and to also blow off some steam!
Great workout and great staff. Never liked the gym for many reasons, but this is a totally different experience and one that caters to my attention span.
