I absolutely love this place. I started with their free trial class back in early January and signed up right after. They were not pushy or anything, I just really wanted to join after trying! Since then I've been going almost 3 times a week and I feel so much stronger and healthier. The team and trainers there are incredibly friendly, helpful and encouraging.
