Pls., double check their cancellation policy very well b4 signing up. Very difficult and frustrating when it comes to membership subscription cancellation. It happens to a friend when trying to cancel her membership..It's better to learn from other people's experiences.. Beware!!!!!

Horrible customer service!
I could not agree more with the reviews regarding Amy's horrible customer service skills. You would think after three years (last shown lowest review), behavior would have changed, but no, her behavior seems to be the same. After reaching out to the business (to cancel my memebership) through varies avenues, e.g. e-mail, website system, phone, etc. I did not recieve a response from the business until approximately 11 days later stating an "unpaid payment" would be turned over to collections within 30 minutes of the text bein... read more
