Wow! 9 Round Humble is a great place to work out. I started working out to gain strength and help my joints. The 30 minute work out goes by so fast. I feel safe being myself but they offer times with trainers and since I am new they help me with the correct positions and punches. I have really enjoyed 9 Round. It is a great workout for all ages.

What an amazing experience this has been so far. First and most importantly is the owner/trainer and staff. It is obvious they care about the client and each person getting what they need. The second is the convenience, cost and the way in which the workouts are laid out daily. There are no start times to have to meet, you show up when you want and do your 9 rounds and go. 9Round Kickboxing is absolutely amazing! The staff is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. They create such a positive and motivating atmosphere that keeps you coming back. Their kindness and genuine care make all the difference, and the workouts are always fun and challenging. I highly recommend 9Round to anyone looking for a great workout and an uplifting community!

As someone who has had a very negative life, self esteem, overthinks, stresses over stress, and new medical issues, 9Round has given me a boost of confidence and motivation to be a better person not only to myself but to everyone around me.
