9round is amazing! The owner Rick is exceptionally humble, the ideal trainer, and an amazing coach. He will go above and beyond to make his members feel right at home. The gym is nice, spacious, and upkept. This specific 9Round has an amazing atmosphere starting from its members all the way to the owner.
Wow! 9 Round Humble is a great place to work out. I started working out to gain strength and help my joints. The 30 minute work out goes by so fast. I feel safe being myself but they offer times with trainers and since I am new they help me with the correct positions and punches. I have really enjoyed 9 Round. It is a great workout for all ages.
What an amazing experience this has been so far. First and most importantly is the owner/trainer and staff. It is obvious they care about the client and each person getting what they need. The second is the convenience, cost and the way in which the workouts are laid out daily. There are no start times to have to meet, you show up when you want and do your 9 rounds and go.
