Awesome gym! Crystal does an amazing job!
I have been a member of this 9round for years and I absolutely love it! Crystal, the owner and trainer, is truly amazing! She motivates and pushes you. It’s exactly what I need on those days I’m feeling unmotivated. The workouts change every day and are challenging but any beginner is able to do them. It’s only 30 minutes and NO class times. Can’t really beat that! I’ve lost 45 pounds working out 3-5 times a week. Give it a try and you won’t regret it! The first workout is free.
This is aerobics non combative there are no trainers here just people watching you punch air a not correctly doing it . Spend less money with a boxing trainer or kickboxing trainer .
