Writing a negative review to hopefully get in contact with someone at the location. It was a decent gym, but I stopped by twice in late November/early December to give them notice that I was canceling after finishing out my 3-month commitment due to a relocation. It was 30-days in advance of the membership ending and was within the cancelation policy. I stopped by during the posted business hours, but no one was at the location. I love the staff here. They push me and seem to really care about my growth and wellbeing. I appreciate that I can just walk-in at a time that works for me and can get out in 30 mins. I wish the hours were a little better but it sounds like they might be addressing that soon. You can modify to your needs, which I like.
