This is the best gym you can go too for many reasons. The trainers are there for YOU to help with technique, personal fitness goals, and to make sure you’re welcome in their community! Plus having the workout plan for you on your schedule is a huge plus because I was someone who didn’t know where to start with workout routines. They truly helped change my life getting me off the couch to be stronger than I’ve ever been. Thanks to Phoenix, Baddie, Beast Mode, the Bruiser, Sarah and Kent for having me the past 3 years!
I LOVE 9Round! Being able to come in anytime and not for set classes is super convenient for my schedule, and you get an incredible workout in just 30 minutes. I can't speak highly enough of the staff, who are so welcoming, kind, and helpful - something you don't often get at other gyms. The workouts change every day, so you're always doing something different and don't feel stagnant. I recommend 9Round to anyone looking for a new workout routine!
9round changed my physical and mental health. The no class times and the fact that the workout is 30 mins long is sooo convenient for our schedules. I love getting a full body workout and being able to be trained and still be on my own. It’s a very inclusive place, there are people of all weights and abilities. Definitely worth the money.
It’s been over a month since I joined, and I still haven’t received my boxing gloves. Every time I ask about them, I get the same response “They’re not here yet.” 🤷♂️ other than that everythings all good. Give my gloves I will give 5 stars.
I’m a “lift weights” only kind of guy but this is definitely a fun way to fit cardio in your routine. Highly recommend it! The trainers are super motivating & push you to your limits to meet your fitness goals!
