The staff is fantastic and the workouts are great. In the two months that I have been going to 9Round, my stamina has increased, my stress level has decreased, and my body has noticeably tightened up. The best thing is that although there is a set routine, I have the flexibility to make the workout my own.

The personal training classes are amazing!
I joined 9 Round back in February and have done a mix of private training and also bought their monthly membership. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. My personal trainer Kim has done a great job helping me with my technique and fitness. I have seen results with added muscle and lower body fat percentage.
