I absolutely love nine round, literally only takes 30 Minutes. It’s a small gym, and often times I am there alone, allowing for one on one time with the trainer/owner Klaudia, which is great! I had a baby in July, and was struggling to find a gym where I can bring her with me. I take her with me in morning hours, and she loves to sit and watch. They are great! I had to come back and forth between here and Chicago area after a death in the family dealing with the estate, etc. A quick but effective 30 minute workout and between each trainer, I got what I needed and they were really helpful and understanding with my weird stretches of not being in the area and when I would be. I highly recommend! Plus, I got a lot of stress out in a healthy way:)
I absolutely love 9Round. I have lost 20lbs in my first 3 months of attending (along with diet changes). The 30 minute workouts are intense, efficient, and constantly changing. I love that i work out every body part during one session. The trainers are motivating and push me just the right amount. Claudia is always showing me proper form and reminding me during my workouts. The no-class-time structure fits in perfectly with my schedule. I 10 out of 10 recommend the 9Round in Temple.
