I absolutely love nine round, literally only takes 30 Minutes. It’s a small gym, and often times I am there alone, allowing for one on one time with the trainer/owner Klaudia, which is great! I had a baby in July, and was struggling to find a gym where I can bring her with me. I take her with me in morning hours, and she loves to sit and watch.
