David showed us the ropes at 9 Round tonight. He was very professional, making sure we had proper form and felt comfortable with all of the different kicks he showed us. The gym was very clean and comfortable- 10/10 recommend. Get David a raise!
Don't waste your time or money here. Non responsive to questions, and the manager will not respond to issues. Workout is overly complicated, and some foreigners are rude to beginners. @Becky I sent you 2 emails and messaged your store multiple times before leaving this review.
I started with 9Rounds 5 months ago in a fitness rut and was desperate for a jump start. The 30 minute total body workouts are perfect and along with some extra credit from the phenomenal trainers, I’m feeling like the 34 year old version of me at 44!
Love 9 Rounds in O’Fallon for so many reasons! There is nowhere else that I can get in and out in 30 minutes and still get a killer workout!! Becky and her team are amazing! So friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and motivational! I highly recommend you check them out if you’re looking to get a good sweat and build/maintain muscle whether you’re on a tight schedule or not!
