I can only comment on customer service. I called twice over the period of 3 days and sent two emails. I don’t feel I should beg for a company to take my money. Lol it’s a shame bc I would of joined by a simple call back. The also website states that have zero openings over the next year lol. This location doesn’t appear to care about getting new clients. Unfortunately for me, 9 rounds seemed like a perfect health fit but I’ll have to join a competitor, even though it’s more inconvenient for me.
