Decent place to host an event but their customer service is terrible. We hosted an event here and it’s been almost 60 days, and they won’t answer our calls, emails, etc. and have yet to return our security deposits. Terrible service provider, won’t be doing business here again.
I booked the hall for a baby shower. I really wish that I would have read the reviews about other people's experiences dealing with Dominique Choice. I decided to book this hall because it is in a great location, and has a decent sized parking lot. The price seemed fair, and the size of the hall would meet my needs for the baby shower. I hosted my daughter’s graduation party here on June 5. Initially, it was difficult to get in contact with Dominique after I submitted my inquiry, but we eventually connected by phone and booked the venue. The hall itself is spacious and served our needs, although the overall upkeep could be improved. Since this was an evening event with teenagers, I was told there would be two security guards. I have been calling and trying to reach out mutiple times trying to get my deposit back. I have not been able to get a single response. This is so unprofessional, and I am so frustrated
Extremely disappointed with my experience. I called multiple times and never got an answer, nor did anyone return my calls. I even visited the event center during their posted business hours, only to find that no one was there to assist me. As someone interested in potentially booking this venue, I expected at least basic communication and professionalism.
