I've bought a few pieces and always had enjoyed my purchases, never any quality issues! I probably visit to see their inventory every few months and most of the time I usually always find something unique and walk away with a purchase. Today I settled on a very nice bracelet that will be a customized order and really appreciated the owner willing to work with me to make it possible within my budget. Alil pricier but the designs are good
Disappointed with the Customer Service. We came in looking for something specific to match our necklaces, but the customer service was very disappointing. The sales staff was rude, barely spoke to us, and made us feel uncomfortable by watching us closely the entire time. As we were leaving, she abruptly turned and stormed off without a word. Based on this experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this store to others.
The lady is kinda rude. Doesn’t greet, offer to help, or give feedbacks. If you needed service have to look for her or she’ll be in the corner. Was so close to buying, but her attitude made me take my business somewhere else more worthy. And to make it worst, my husband and I was the only customer in there. Imagine the awkward vibe we were feeling the whole time with her.
