Worst customer service ever. The lady owner is very rude. She’s very hostile and attacked all her customers if they don’t buy the 24k gold she suggested. If you are just there to look at the low end jewelry she will not even serve you at all. And if you ask her to show you more than a few pieces she will make a hissing sound like a snake at you. Our experiences coming to this store has always been terrific. Every time we need a new gold set, we always come here and always recommend them to people we know. We always end up coming back over here for more!!! I suggest you guys should too 😊😊😊.

The worst place to purchase gold. Rude customer service. I was in there shopping and the owner was fighting and arguing with a client trying to win the conversation. Very unprofessional attitude towards customers all around. Not even a single smile on the face. Just the worst experience I’ve experienced. I will never return nor recommend this store to anyone. When you ask her a question she doesn’t even look at you and would try to avoid your question.

Very good service and jewelry! We’ve stopped in a few times. When they asked us the age of the child for gold necklace she suggested a smaller/cheaper pendant and necklace. I appreciated the honesty and the set looks amazing.
