Do not come here if you need a jeweler you can trust. 1) For a business that deals exclusively with 24K gold and sells a lot of Asian inspired pieces, they don't actually know how Chinese gold is stamped. 2) Customer service is severely lacking. I came in with a gold ring that has a lot of sentimental value. I asked them to reshape it -- which they did -- but they also opened a gap in my free size ring. I've bought a few pieces and always had enjoyed my purchases, never any quality issues! I probably visit to see their inventory every few months and most of the time I usually always find something unique and walk away with a purchase. Today I settled on a very nice bracelet that will be a customized order and really appreciated the owner willing to work with me to make it possible within my budget.
