Absolutely phenomenal Craftsmanship . 9999 Jewelry is an honest company with fair labor pricing . I had a great customer service experience too. I bought a 24k anchor Chan 3 years ago from them . I purchased a Miami Cuban this year in 2026. Both amazing pieces !
Just from their response to Celia's post, I would not go here! lmfao How unprofessional, immature, rude, & ignorant they sound!! So defensive, and in an uncomfortable to read, way! What a weird rant about speaking chinese. And name calling? From a business owner to a past customer. Wow. Clearly not much knowledge of jewlery or makers marks. And clearly zero customer service skills or professionalism.
DO NOT BUY HERE, they do not value their customers and over charge buyers with made up fees! They are arrogant and this type of business never last long!
Do not come here if you need a jeweler you can trust. 1) For a business that deals exclusively with 24K gold and sells a lot of Asian inspired pieces, they don't actually know how Chinese gold is stamped. 2) Customer service is severely lacking. I came in with a gold ring that has a lot of sentimental value. I asked them to reshape it -- which they did -- but they also opened a gap in my free size ring.
