Website is never updated when you call to ask about a vehicle they say oh sorry it's sold when you ask him about another one oh sorry it's sold when can you come in and look at vehicles or anything need to take time and update their website regularly as it's misleading won't be buying a vehicle from them
Jacob was a great sales representative. He made it possible for me to get a vehicle with extremely challenging credit. He was so kind and stuck with his word! I appreciate him and the entire team. If I can give more than 5 stars I would. Amazing service.
Jacob was super helpful. He was resourceful and made sure we got something that was fitting for us. Absolutely recommend him and 9999 is a great place to purchase a vehicle.
We originally signed paperwork showing an etch/theft product was included with our vehicle purchase. After being required to re-sign with a different finance company, we later learned the product had been removed and we were never informed of the change. When our vehicle was later stolen, we discovered there was no coverage. While the dealership states the final paperwork controls, we are disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service.
Super great working with Tre! Very lax experience! Everyone met here was helpful. Very clean lot and indoor facilities. Very happy with my purchase! Would recommend to friends and family.
