I’ve been living here for three years - this is a very well managed building, built in late 2014 / early 2015. It’s a high quality building with heavy doors, great aesthetics, and relatively few units (~130 units). During the three years I’ve lived here, the fire alarm has only gone off once which is definitely better than most buildings. The location is as central as it gets. Each parking stall on the P2 floor has its own dedicated EV charger plug.
Best managed residential building in the city. Clean, safe and well maintained.
Beware of apartment 502 the owner rents international students and steals their deposit and does it with all tenants, the tower is very well only taken care of with this person Paul.
