Came quickly to address a leak. Cost us £200 to tell us where the leak wasn’t coming from. Advised trace and access through house insurance, which proved to be unessesary as second plumber sent out found out it was a leak behind the toilet. Why didn’t the first guy check this? Left a mess in the bathroom. All in all £800 down. Company won’t even have the decency to reply to emails. Avoid.
