Horrible building. Parking not available. Monthly assessment extremely high. Arcane set of cumbersome coop rules. Too many people with nothing to do except complain live here. Long time residents favored over newer residents. Construction projects allowed to destroy neighbor’s units with no recourse (collapse ceilings, crack walls, infuse dust containing lead)
