My cousin ordered his wedding flowers from here and the centrepieces perfectly captured the essence of the inspiration photos he sent. Was truly blown away when I saw them
I put an order for a Telefora True Romance bouquet (a dozen of roses for my wife on her birthday. The flowers were delivered witted, drooping petals and really looked like past their prime. I message them back and asked for a refund because it was UNACCEPTABLE. I was answered by the lady florist and said they dont do a "REFUND", then I was transfered to a man, another florist and again, said they cannot do "REFUND" but said, they can deliver another set of new and fresh flowers.
