I have never been so disappointed and dissatisfied with my nails. Before starting, I specifically requested a soak-off, as excessive drilling weakens my nails and causes pain. However, I was told a soak was unnecessary because the product would come off easily with the drill. The drill was set at an extremely high speed, leaving my nails tender—even after I repeatedly asked the technician to slow down due to the discomfort. Under New Ownership as of this month. Sophia, Mimi and Tina are no longer there but the others (Jen A and Marvin) are plus new techs. Still my Favorite place to go.
