TY really did my nails nice, all the staff are very sweet and helpful
99 nails is a very welcoming place. The environment is peaceful and clean. I did my nails with loan and she has great communication, she understood what I wanted.
Best place in Waterbury! Marvin is the best and the staff is great ! They got brand new chairs and the massage is amazing. Come down
