I love this place so much and I will continue to remember this place forever as I made many wonderful memories here and on the way. As I walked with my grandma for many miles just to get to this store and Hotel. My grandma bought me an adorable USA, teddy bear named Liberty for my birthday Which also goes perfectly with our 250th United States of America’s birthday ! Not ADA compliant. It's not that it is old or grandfathered. They choose to block two doors that can be open to make the shop accessible. It's a literal choice to exclude those of us in wheelchairs. Worse yet....it's in the Mayo Clinic subway - full of patients with accessibility devices. Shame on you. I even asked staff about yhe 2/3 of the shop that's blocked and they said people in wheelchairs just cant go in those areas. Completely indifferent
