I had a bad experience. I found the store online and called them if I could try out the mattress listed on their website. They said yes. However, upon arrival, I was directed to try high-priced mattresses that were not listed online. There were no labels, written descriptions, or price tags. I wanted to try the one showed online, the guy said we were wasting his time. Too bad!

Extremely disappointed with the entire customer service. When we tried to contact them regarding issues, not only did they try to claim the issues were because of us they also blocked us. There was bedbugs in the mattress! I regret not inspecting the mattress when we picked it up , avoid this store if possible.

这里的床垫又贵质量又差，买了没多久就咯吱咯吱响，身体能感觉到每一个弹簧的位置，弹簧少，布料薄，质量真是差到爆。给一分都多！！ 真的不知道哪来这么多好评，买了真是后悔死！！！

We went to 9 different stores, found nothing even close to the great price they offered. We purchased the queen pillow top mattress and box-spring, stopped for lunch, and the delivery guy was in the driveway waiting with the set when we got home. Simply amazing customer service.
