I would of givin it a 4 but your shopping carts suck. The wheels keep locking up.
I was very disappointed in the cashier she just threw my stuff in the bag didn't even bother to bag my other stuff. I even asked if i have too bag my own stuff and she wasn't happy. Never had a problem. Learn from other store best one is at whittier she was very neat with my stuff.
