I ordered from out of state (I am in Washington) and the process was fairly smooth. Kevin was so helpful and responsive as I had to order twice due to a contractor mistake & he got the order in and shipped quickly. Only thing I questioned was their online payment system seemed pretty outdated - using a document and inputting very sensitive data (credit card) but hoping they have processes in place to delete the information after it is used.
Kevin Ortiz has been so great to work with! I am wanting to replace the carpeting in my office room with engineered wood to match the rest of my main floor. The original flooring was installed five years ago and is now discontinued. This was the only place I was able to find the flooring. I live in Minnesota. Kevin has been so helpful getting this ordered for me and shipping it to Minnesota! Thanks, Kevin!
Very Helpful staff. They have a large selection to choose from.
I went to look at some carpet for a home project. Kevin helped me over the phone and with text to find what I wanted. Then I met another wonderful employee named Angie . So helpful in finding what I needed. I love the idea they have sales ,great price and wonderful help .
Nice showroom with excellent products at excellent prices but the 5 stars are for the above and the excellent staff...
