Beware… I hired 98 Restoration for extensive remodel in August 2022. Work still isn’t completed. Didn’t pull permits as required. Owner no longer returns calls. Worst experience of my life. He owes me thousands of dollars as we have been in the penalty phase of the project since December 2023.

I got a call from the Talent police asking about Curtis Bucklew who owns 98Restoration. The district attorney is currently investigating him. Apparently he has a pattern of going after older women who are single. I was called into testify as the shoddy workmanship his company left behind has cost me thousands and thousands of dollars and years of delay. This was a nightmare remodel. Curtis said 3 months, add a month for ordered windows, but it took over 10 months and not because of product delay. It was just poor management. I was repeatedly lied to about how the project was going. Cabinets were not even measured for until 7 months into the project. I was told repeatedly that we were ok budget wise. I asked several times to see the accounting, but was never given any details until the day he came into my home and told me we were $32,000 over budget on a $74,000 remodel. You... read more

I have had 98 Restoration now for moss treatment and now for plumbing. The plumber was polite…. answered questions and gave me options. Customer service is very important to these people.

I suggest you research this company with bbb.. reviews are not flattering.
