Absolute horrible experience. They didn't send my results to the ordering physician even after multiple calls, confirming address and fax number. Their poor customer service resulted in a delay of my treatment.

I am 38 weeks and i see dr kareti and have seen her since about 13 weeks and she has been very rude in character showing how bothered she gets when i ask questions or express concerns for my own pregnancy and she has not once asked me or offered me help sitting back upafter laying down on my back and last week i asked her TWICE to help me and she first responded by saying for me to try it first myself and then me asking her AGAIN and her stil not really coming to me just standing there staring at me.
